"I would give them zero stars if I could. My tire had a nail in it, and instead of patching they decided to just change it for a new one and charge me $200 for it, because supposedly my tire was "unpatchable." Plus almost $100 for an oil change. We've been clients for over 10 years now and have bought multiple cars with them. And now we'll never go back again."

"Scammed, I am under Toyota warranty where I come in regularly for oil changes and regular maintenance. I had to come in months earlier before my next maintenance date because they did not change my oil on the appointment before, they told me it was because my oil was still good when I came in so I should of been good until my next one but obviously that was not the case, I was no where near my next date when my indicator popped up. So I had to take time off work to get my oil changed since I could not plan ahead like usual. To add insult to injury they counted this as an appointment off my warranty and took almost 4 hours to finish which was much more time than I was permitted and causing me to miss an extremely important meeting for work which caused me crucial credit. All of this could of been avoided if they simply changed my oil how they were supposed too."

"We arrived early for our appointment and the tire rotation, on our brand new truck. The coffee is ok. The service is ok. Of course they know who I am and which is my vehicle. When the service was done they just yelled out my name like I’m some random customer. Personalized service by physically coming to the lobby to tell my my vehicle is ready is not that hard. I am hard of hearing so that simple gesture would boost my confidence in this Toyota service in El Paso. My new vehicle purchase experience was mediocre and the Toyota services is not much better."
