"This review will cover the two free oil changes received by purchasing my vehicle at Rudolph Mazda. Receptionists both times were apathetic to say the least. Even with an appointment, oil changes took around 3 hours to complete. Upon doing my first oil change at home, I discovered that the "ASE certified" technicians at Rudolph Mazda Service over tightened my oil filter and broke one of the plastic fasteners on the oil access paneI. I guess they thought no one would notice? One star is for the ability to setup your appointment online because you don't have to deal with any of their front desk staff. The other star is for the waiting area next door at Rudolph Mazda."
"Service is horrible they are rude... they could refund me a 10 dollar coupon she offered because she forgot about it and she couldn't refund me. Second t the car wash wasn't done like she said they would. So I took it today and only 1 window was wet when rolling then down to check. The body was just like wipe with a piece of rag or something.. I wish I could post a picture of my cx5.. time to look for a new oil/ maintenance place.."
