"My car battery died. We took it here and they said the alternator was fine and that I just needed a new battery. My charging system light still came on so I take it some where else and...my alternator is the problem."
"If I could give a zero stars I would. They quoted us $500, then went to pick up the car and was charged $600, because they needed to get an electrician. Never called to say there were additional issues/charges to get my approval ahead of time. Then that evening I noticed they broke the trim around my radio. When I went back to talk to them about it, they said that they aren't responsible for it because we took possession of the car. And we can sue them if we want. Terrible work and customer service."
