"I brought my bike here to get the chain adjusted. They claimed to have helped fix the issue and let me know I might have to replace the chain. Fair. I now fixed the problem a week later and realized there are parts missing from my chain adjuster. I have them a call back and mentioned the missing parts, to which they replied the parts must've vibrated off while I was driving. They issued apologies but couldn't really do much except order new parts. So now I'm out of parts and out of money I paid for the service. They were very friendly which was an upside, but the overall experience has been more of a headache than anything."

"Took a brand new yfz450 2023 for its first service to the owner Ruben didn’t do anything to my quad took off the seat when I got home and filter was still filthy checked the oil dip was dry. On my warrior swapped with 1300 busa engine he was supposed to do a full service I drained the oil and it was so black he swore it came out of one of my diesel trucks he charged me 1,500 I spoke to him various times on the phone and he said he’d come to my house and take care of it. When I went back to his shop 3 weeks later to confront him about it he ended up pulling out a pistol on me. Very unprofessional would not recommend this shop at all"

"Called about getting a tire installed and they quoted $199 if they have to pull the wheel off the bike and $120 if I took the wheel in. For reference Santa Teresa ifs $90/$45 and Cycle Gear is $30 (if you buy the tire from them/60 if the tire is bought elsewhere, wheel only as they can’t work on a bike. I would hate to have to get any work done that requires diagnostics or any disassembly."

"Took them 2 of my bikes. Kx450 and ttr125. Ttr wasnt running but they fixed that and got it going. They did come custom work to my kx which came out perfect. Highly recommend."
