"I had recently bought a car from Nissan and a month later ended up with a nail in my tire that was unrepairable. The manager had worked with me on the price for the repair and made sure I was good with everything. Justin in service was a huge help as well and made everything so easy. I highly recommend this location for service work! 10/10!"

"Very unorganized. Do not recommend service for your Nissan at this location. Car was there for two days and nobody knew what was going on. Then all of sudden the next morning my car is ready. Totally unacceptable."

"I've been a Very Loyal customer with 29 oil changes every 5,000 miles and all service on a 2017 Nissan. When they wanted to charge over $4,000 for a catalytic converter I shopped around and got it done for $700 with 1 phone call by a shop that I haven't been to in over 15 years! Signed - Former Loyal customer"

"Great service and fast. They worked with our aftermarket warranty company that we purchased from Craig and Landreth in Clarksville and had no issues with securing payment coverage for our failed transfer case on a 2013 Nissan Rogue. We were called and updated throughout the process, and they even did a recall service while it was in the shop that we had forgotten about, and gave my wife a rental car during that additional service time! Thanks!"

"I made an appointment a month in advance to resolve a clicking noise that occurred when putting my transmission into drive, only to be told that they were busy and would like to have my vehicle 5-15 days to diagnose and repair the problem. After I insisted that they keep my appointment, they discovered that it needed only a minor adjustment, covered under warranty, but still charged me $155 for the diagnosis. Then, when I went to pay, they had added $25 for shop supplies--which made no sense considering that I was paying for only a diagnosis. After getting that taken off, I was then told I'd incur a 4% surcharge if I wanted to use a credit card. Needless to say, my experience left much to be desired."
