"I would not recommend this shop. It is very sketchy. They ONLY TAKE CASH, so one guy physically walked me to an ATM. Then they had me drive my car into the garage, and they immediately closed the garage door behind me. So for a few minutes, I (a young female by myself), was closed into a dim garage with two older men. Nothing happened, but I was scared for my life."

"All these good reviews must be from friends and family. Took my Kia Soul here to get minor dents done and front bumper replaced and painted. DO NOT COME HERE. For just a couple dents and bumper replacement, they had my car for 3 weeks. They gave me a loaner car, which CAUGHT ON FIRE while i was driving. When I called and told them, the office lady came to my apartment, IN MY CAR and admitted to me that she drives my car home every night since I dropped it off. They also charged two deductibles and said since the loaner caught on fire, they said they would refund only ONE of the deductibles. Why is this woman driving my car off their lot to begin with? I'm considering small claims court honestly. And my bumper had runs it, they were also suppose to touch up some scratches, which of course they did not. Do not come here."

"I took my car for hail damage and repair a dent on passenger side . It was there for almost 4 wks. Was told car would get repainted and to my surprise no it was not done. Instead I came to a car that had a air bag light on that was not on there when I dropped it off. Julian claims they had nothing to do with it. How do you explain that light on? Took my car to Mcgavock and was confirmed they did something to it. Now I am out $1500.00 but you think Julian offered to help pay for something they did??? Heck no! Small claims it will be!!! So don't take your car there!!"

"Eric is the best he was in a motivated mood and really positive. Julian really made me feel at home. I can't remember the other gentleman's name, with the banged-up knee. He's was very kind as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. I took my car in @9 it was done that evening. Very satisfied with their service"
