"Service was quick from counter to car so there were no delays in our travels. The Chevy Malibu we reserved was not available when our flight arrived at Lubbock airport, so was amazed with the quick alternative the representative at the airport provided. The Ford Escape SUV was neat and clean. There was also a representative who immediately came out of the parking lot booth upon our Sunday return to retrieve the keys. She quickly thanked us, did not waste our time and we were off to catch our flight with no delays. GREAT experience and appreciated! Keep up the good work and excellent customer service to members/travelers!"
"Friendly service at the counter, evening of 11/16. Smooth and efficient check in. Nice car selection. Upon return, I forgot an item in the backseat. Josh, at the return area Kiosk was helpful in calling the car back so I could quickly retrieve my items. Highly recomm."
