"Where do I even start? Just don’t go to Jordan. He didn’t finish the job and I had to get someone else do finish it. I waited two weeks and eventually decided to get someone else who got it done in 30 minutes. He asks for money ahead of time and that’s where I got scammed because cash app doesn’t do disputes. Wouldn’t refund some of my money when I told him I got someone else to do the job. Poor communication skills, I would call him all day and night and wouldn’t get callbacks or even text backs most times. I strongly regret that I didn’t go with someone else. I am now largely in debt because of my decision to go with Jordan. I have to share my review because this experience burned me and I don’t want it happening to anyone else."
"I chose a mobile mechanic for convenience, and expected transparency in cost. It took him almost a week to diagnosis the problem and the extra labor charges werent part of our agreement. Many times i asked him what did he want to do concerning the labor and he would never txt back. There was no clear communication, said he would be there at a certain time and wouldn’t let me know until later. Was not prepared at all and was very unprofessional, had asked me to pawn out some kind of car computer meter and send him $20 for gas because h couldn’t find his wallet, none of his tools were charged so he asked me if i could charge them. Issue never got fixed as i felt like he was wasting my time. didn’t return my text messages addressing a $400 car part we were going to return to the store when i asked him if i could pick it up. i hate leaving bad reviews but i don’t want anybody else wasting their time"
"16’ Nissan Rogue would not start one morning, Jordan fixed it within 30 minutes that afternoon. Waited a few days to do review and still running great! Spark plugs and battery issue. Definitely will recommend to family and friends."
