"I went in for an inspection. They took no time at all to get me all fixed up. I even had a wiper blade that needed to be installed and they did it with no question. I was offered something to drink and they were friendly. The young lady heading up my service demonstrated some good direction.. Overall a good visit.. thx Jiffy Lube"
"Came for an oil change and replace my low beam. Wife said Lonnie was very kind, gentle natured, gave attention to detail, and made us feel like important customers. Their asst mgr was also extremely kind and friendly. Will definitely come here again. This type of customer service is a lost art. Thank you for having such great staff."
"Went there for an inspection and oil change. The computer was down for inspections so did just an oil change. While waiting inside, the front desk girl overheard me tell my friend I wanted to get my headlights restored or get new ones. She stated that headlight restoration was a service they provided. I was happy about that until it was done. I’m adding pictures to show you what they did to my car so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They sanded over the tape and it peeled off my paint. Then I spoke w the district manager James Henderson and he told me there was nothing they could do. They didn’t charge me for the restoration but left me with a car that will take thousands to repaint and the company states they will do nothing to help me. I am writing to corporate, but wanted to share this so others don’t get ripped off by poor service from jiffy lube. Oh and they told me I needed new brake pads and rotators, which I did, but I had to get that fixed a few days later because the metal was rubbing together. Went for a simple oil change and ended up w messed up brakes and paint peeled off my car. Save your time and money and don’t go to this place. I would give a negative star if I could. Thanks for nothing jiffy lube."
