"I made a vehicle exchange here due to mechanical issues from a mini van I rented out from NC. They did not have any mini vans nor cars that accommodate my 7ft tall partner. However a lady named Haley did us a solid and got us a trade for a higher class of car with no extra charges. The gentlemen at the desk inside let us know about the pre-existing damage on the car and had us document everything for our protection. Everyone was helpful and professional. Hailey Wittlin has been so proactive and accommodating on both of my rentals in past two months to make sure my reservation was dialed in and that I was in the right vehicle that met my needs. Hailey also has a great team around her as she notified them of my arrival since she was not working and Colin and Josh Dale were there. It’s a positive experience to say the least and they 100% have my business as does Enterprise on a national level! Thank you again Hailey Colin and Josh.
