"I made a post 2 days ago about a bad experience well Tanner the manager called me to discuss this , apologize and refund me a portion of my bill. I stopped by today for him to check what they didn’t although we had already filled everything. He also gave me $20 and several $5 off coupons. He more than once apologized. I have to say not sure another oil change business in town would have done this . So I will give them another chance. Thanks Tanner"
"Pulled in today for an oil change it went somewhat quickly- did notice they didn't check air in my tires and was fairly certain they didn't check other items. reviewed my ck list when I got home and they checked off that they topped on washer fluid (they did not), checked wipers (they did not), checked power steering fluid (they did not). Called and spoke to Gavin about this and all he could say was Yes Ma'am not once did he apologize or ask me to bring it back in for these things to be taken care of . So once again I will not be back. Poor service and lying about what they do for you."
"Waited in line 45 minutes in one lane, while the other lane serviced 4 cars. They don't care in what order you pull up, just luck of the draw if you picked the correct lane. Being this is a "drive thru" service, paying attention to the order that cars pulls in is as important as servicing the vehicle itself. Being able to handle all aspects of customer service from the time a customer arrives until service is complete, especially when busy, defines the business."

"Should have waited til Monday (Military Discount).. but just finished get an oil change. Brought my own oil (saving $12.50 for a total of $24.45). Outside the asking for oil additives ($19 & $16 upsale), which was completely univasive and non-pushy, it was a great experience. They have to make money somehow.. More importantly, the crew was great and quick. Most important.. they are NOT Take5."
