"When I first got there I was given a cold water without asking for it. Throughout the whole time there I was treated with respect. The staff was friendly and easy to tell what services I needed. I even got a cab filtered replaced. I didn't even know it was there. LOL. Thank you!!"
"If I could have done 0 stars I would have. I got my oil changed yesterday before leaving for Houston. Not even half way to Houston my oil light comes on. I pull over at a truck stop. My oil filters wasn’t put back on tight and was barely hanging on. I’m lucky it didn’t completely fall off. This is she second time I’ve got to Take 5 and the second time I’ve had issues similar. I tried to call the location I went to and the phone just has a busy signal, so I called the corporate number and get a message that that line has been disconnected. Pathetic customer service. Issues like these could be life or death. PLEASE go somewhere else, anywhere else to get your oil changed!"
"Very fast service, at lunch time even! Very good crew...everyone worked together doing every customer in order. Respectful , patient, and knowledgeable. I was watching them, working to make sure there was no mistakes. 2 people on each car. They didn't mind answering my questions. I highly recommend!"
