"Called to get price for tow less than 2 miles from employees home to my business here in lamesa. Man on phone stated needed police to be present, title and vin info, a work release order for mechanic work preformed on vehicle Which Makes absolutely no sense that police would need to be present and a work order from my employee to charge my company for no work preformed. Told man on phone was to much of a hassle and hung up when he rude to my secretary. Ended up paying a towing company from big spring to come pick the car up with no hassle. Might have costed more but it was worth not having to deal with the unnecessary paperwork to simply tow a vehicle. First time I have heard of the paperwork stated to me to tow a vehicle you own from your employees residence to your business when the employee and the owner of the vehicle and business are both are stating it’s simply a tow. Wouldn’t recommend unless absolute emergency."

"Damaged my Yukon, each tire is 300 dollars (4 new tires) all flat!, steering is damaged and now it's not sitting right.. front bumber damage and license plate torn off.. i wouldn't recommend this place.. Albert the driver is unprofessional... addressed my issues and he didn't care one bit and rushed me but took 2 hours to get there!! Please save your money for a reliable tow company. The nerve they have... wouldn't even give them 1 star..."
