"I drove an hour and a half up to Lamesa to see about a Yukon. It was washed, cleaned, and sitting up front before I drove up to the dealership. I walked in, where I met Sarah Conner. She worked diligently and patiently to get everything processed. Branden, the finance manager, went over service contracts with detail and compared different rates, along with different variations when it came to monthly payments. They will even be delivering the car to me so I don’t have to figure out how to haul it home. This experience today was beyond amazing, so pleasant! They showed they cared to help me in a tight situation, rather than making sure they sold another car today.
