"Got a tire patched on the side of the road on my way out of the country, Tire did not make it but 3 hours before going flat again, come to find out the service technician damaged the tire upon patching it by rubbing the tire too deep, the tire was 8 months old and had never been patched prior. Contacted the store and received a run around story as to why I had waited so long to reach out. Being out of the country and being 12 hours away and being gone for 2 weeks. Mary was very nice but Reggie never reached out. Would not recommend this tire shop due to the work performed and the way things were handled."
