"Arrived at 6:45 before closing but although it was before 7pm advertised closing time they had closed off the line thus no new cars could enter. There was no line although cars were still washing inside the stall. I called the direct store, the line for customer service hung up on me TWICE, the business office of course was closed. Basically they very easily arranged to automatically withdraw my monthly charge but much harder to cancel it now. That’s the second time I have gone out of my way and had to leave without a wash. Your hours are not consistent for your advertisement."
"The car wash was decent. No cover to park under to vacuum or wipe off car, so your car has streaks if you're trying to do this in the summer. Vacuuming was difficult as we had to go to 4 different ones just to vacuum the car. The good thing is they do offer window cleaner & towels free of charge to use."
"My wife and I both have the monthly auto charge for our vehicles. It's awesome being able to drive up and the gate opens and we drive right up to the wash. When you can come as often as you want it doesn't matter if it missed a little. The vacuums are great as well. The customer service is always top notch. Probably the best investment we've made. Especially in this dirt town!"
"They close earlier than scheduled. I went by to have car cleaned 3 times today. The formula used leaves gunk on all areas when air dried and is especially noticeable on chrome surfaces. Canceling my unlimited wash package today."
"Washed my Toyota at this location on Friday 04/19. I got the $15 wash (Prices ranged from $11-$18). Notuced very strange streaks on top of my car. Like little scratches. That were not there before. A massive scratch right in the top of my car! And lots of little scratches on the sides. Awful. I contacted this location and the corporate office but have not yet heard any response. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Check your cars thoroughly after leaving. They will scratch your car."
