"Worst place to take a vehicle to be repaired. My truck has been there over 3 months with them doing nothing to it and telling me they are working on it. They now supposedly cannot fix it or have the equipment to do it after waiting this long. Why take a payment for a job when you know you cannot do it. Should have listened to the other reviews. I would give zero starts if I could"

"Work was good and reasonable. Only problem was getting them to communicate with me. Calls weren’t returned and I had to call to get updated on progress of the repair… even after the work was completed. Need to be more attentive to customers."

"Brought in for hail damage and front end damage. Took a month. Grill was on back order. Half bumper wrong color. Front sensor didn't work. When grill comes in(over two months) will fix color and sensor and hail dent they missed. Took car to another dealer in another town to get oil change. Service guy asked me who I've had working on my car? When Messer was putting shroud thing on front didn't put on 6 of eight screws. It had fell down. Not happy. Called immediately. No return call. Did not surprise me. Went in Messer when I got back into town. Low and behold the grill came in that morning!! Say 5 days and they will rent me a car. Takes two weeks. They said I didn't have to pay deductible. Nice! But sensor on front still doesn't work. Then call and decide they want deductible. I'm so done! Want sensor fixed but don't feel like after 4 months and taking car back and forth that I owe it. Worried about what else they half way fixed!"

"Car has been there for over 4 months now. Update: They say they will look into it but the car is still there and the only person who has called me is my insurance agents. Another update: Still no car after 4 months and more money from insurance. Said it would be ready 2 weeks ago, again no car. I don't think it takes this long to get a brand new one built! Update 3: Went to get it, no discount or compensation for taking 4 months, only more lies and finger pointing. If it was my fault it sat there, I would be charged $35/day. Inside drivers door trim was hanging, and they said they need more money from insurance because they didn't know that was damaged in accident (couldn't open that door when it got there). Looks like a piece of gravel under the paint on the hood! Clips missing from tire moulding. I did not take it home like that."

"The final product was amazing, it just took way longer than expected. I was told to not bring the car in until all the parts were ordered. After getting the green light, a two week job turned into a three month ordeal leaving us to rent a vehicle due to waiting for parts. I got the car back but need to bring it back for an additional estimated 4 hour glass replacement."
