"The only thing I do not like is, you make a appointment for oil change and it may take 3 hours, so why make a appointment to start with? Ask to have cab filter changed and we ended up getting one after we got vehicle back and changing it ourself, was given a free one upon next visit. We had recalls on our vehicle when we had oil changed and we found out there were 2 recalls on vehicle when we were taking it for oil changes but they were never checked."

"I have been there several times, and every time I go it just gets worse. I used to have no problems, people were friendly, and my car would be fixed. The last 2 times I went, it has been horrible. Not only were the customer service people rude, my car was never fixed. I paid for an oil change and a month later I had to get another oil change and almost killed my engine. The other place found no leaks, and my mileage was well within the period for the next change. AKA they either didn't change my oil, didn't fill it, etc. I'm 100% done going there and the other places I have been to fix the problems that this service center gave me/didn't fix have been MUCH better and reliable. Unless things change, I would definitely go somewhere else."

"I was going to have my Hyundai towed there after trouble with transmission. First, I couldn’t talk to anyone in the phone so I just had car towed there. After standing in garage area waiting to talk to service advisor for about 3 minutes without them acknowledging me, I finally got to speak to a rude man. He asked me what was going on. I told him it was being towed from another company because they couldn’t fix it and he said they were 4-5 weeks out to look at it. I had already had a bad experience there years ago and swore I would never go back. Out of desperation I went back and it just reiterated why I will never go back there again. Rude customer service and lack of empathy for customers coming to them for help. Gene Messer, you have a mess in your hands with that service department!!!"

"So they have had my car for over 7 months. I have called the service center several times and got the run around and get told my car will be ready at the end of the week or first of next week. I have been told this at least 4 times now. Mind you I have not recieved one phone call from the service center the whole 7 months. I even told them the last time I called that no one has ever called me and still nothing. Its been about a month now since my last call and still nothing. Looking at the other reviews apparently Im not the only one with the same issue. I think I have been very patient but 7+ months with no one reaching out is really bad. If you have a recall and if possible take your car somewhere else because they will not get in any hurry to fix it and they will not reach out and keep you updated."
