Jiffy Lube

"Shout out to my friends at Jiffy Lube at 6310 82nd Street. The lobby is always clean. The service is always first class and speedy. They clean my windows and vacuum my floors at my oil changes. Everyone is friendly there, even the other customers seem to be very happy that they are there. I most definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube. I can't imagine that I'll ever go anywhere else."

"I took my van in for an oil change. The service was quick and sufficient!!! It was a great experience from Stephanie at the front desk, to Cody the technician, and the whole service team!! Great customer service all the way around!!"

"Have had my oil changed here about 5-6 times. I’d become leery that they seemed to always want to replace my cabin filter. So last time they did I posted the date and mileage. Well, I go in with only 5k miles on the oil and the cabin filter. Guy comes into the store and, showing me a nasty, oily and grass-covered filter saying “it’s really dirty so we need to replace it”. I said, well just shake it out and put it back in”. He goes, “I can’t shake it out”. I said well just put it back in then. I drive home after $84 to change my oil and oil filter, pull the cabin filter out and it’s clean as a whistle…certainly wasn’t the filter he showed me. To top it off, he’d crammed the existing filter into its dock obviously ticked that I’d called him on this stunt. As the other former patrons have said, ya need to go somewhere else if you want to get honest work done. Previously I’d come to think these guys were trustworthy. What a shame."

"The employees are friendly and they usually have snacks/drinks in their lobby. They are honest and non pushy about extra services and get things done quick. Apparently I had a mouse nest in my fan area and they blew it out for me at no extra charge and without any judgement. I appreciated their attention to detail as they also cleaned my windows during the oil change. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars there from now on"

"Went in for an oil change which was quick. While we were waiting someone came out and told us that my car desperately needed new brake pads and rotors. I know what it sounds like and feels like to have no brake pads and rotor damage. My back pads are kind of close to needing to be changed, but my fronts are in great shape as are my rotors. They tried to get me to spend $750 on something that was NOT NECESSARY. Not trustworthy at all and I wouldn't even go back for an oil change because how can you trust that they won't tamper with something that would require more service and money? Such a shame that people still scam like this. Get a second opinion if they try to tell you that you need an expensive service."
