"I was really impressed with the customer service. Very professional, but friendly. I usually have my car serviced by the Nissan dealer where we live. After checking reviews online I went with Take 5. A couple of my filters were dirty and they were quickly replaced at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Take 5."

"I always go here for my oil changes and I have never had a bad experience! I have a brand new Ford Explorer and this was that cars 1st oil change but I took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee here the entire 3 years I had it! My husband also takes his 2021 Nissan titan here. We only go to the location on Quaker. The staff has the best customer service and is always polite. We get 25% off military discount (which makes a big difference $$) and sometimes they even offer another $10 off if you had to wait a few minutes. Nick has helped us the last couple times, so thumbs up to him! I won’t go anywhere else!"

"I had hands down the best service while there. I think Marshall could tell it’s been a while since I took my Jeep in. I needed new filters and windshield wipers, and an inspection along with my oil change. He got me deals and most of the things needed and I was in and out super quick, which is nice with an impatient kid in the back seat."

"Update - now 4 stars: I realize that Honda recommends synthetic for cars made after 2010 so I will accept that this is what was recommended. My apologies as I don't think this was the fault of the employee doing the transaction. I give it a 4 for friendliness and the little extras of giving out water and cleaning the windshield. I do think it's slightly deceptive to give a coupon but then add a $4 service fee that is never mentioned other than when I asked and was shown the bottom line on a poster. Thank you for responding. I drive a 2010 Honda and was told I had to get the premium full synthetic oil because my car didn’t qualify for the standard oil change. WHAT?! I’ve gotten standard oil changes for 13 years. However, they had already started the oil change when she told me this. She offered me a coupon which I accepted. However, when the total was said, it didn’t add up. That’s when she pointed to the very bottom line, in small print, at the bottom of the poster that says $3.99 service fee charged on every transaction. I will never have my oil changed there again."
