"I took my mk7 gti to Pullen Motors, so I could get a carbon cleaning and dsg service. They found a leak from the water pump (ofcourse) and a leak from the oil pan. They were able to get everything done the same day! They were extremely thorough with their work. Sending photos of all the leaking areas, before and afters of the carbon cleaning, and estimates for everything promptly. This was all a few days before a huge local car show! I have gotten the dsg serviced 3 times before, and always had a somewhat rough engagement throughout my ownership of the car. However, after the service done at Pullen Motors, that rough engagement disappeared. It may have to do with the liqimoly dsg fluid, or they have the magic touch. Regardless, she's running better than ever! The office is filled with hotwheels and I was able to pick up a few for the kids! Overall, the whole experience was fantastic. You can see the owner and techs have a passion for autos, and that translates to their impeccable service!"
