"Dr. McEntire and his office staff are very nice; however, he does not listen and is more concerned about telling me or my children that they need to "stay in band" "work out" or asking them questions about school then bothering to tell us one of our kids has an impacted tooth. So when my daughter begins to have pain and we return he reprimands us for not going to see an orthodontist when he never bothered to tell us 6 months prior that she even had an impacted tooth. Every time I attend with my children he talks the entire time about things that have nothing to do with our medical care, giving us advice on life instead of focusing on our dental needs. Then he has the nerve to make it seem like I'm a bad parent because we didn't follow up on something we didn't know about."
