"I scheduled a procedure at Shemen Dental for a procedure (deep cleaning on the right side.) Halfway through my procedure I was told that my time was up, due to another appointment. I took off work for this appointment, and only half the job was done...so I have to take more unpaid time off to complete the procedure, but I guarantee it will not be at Shemen!!!"

"10 stars, couldn’t have been a better dental experience! Everything you could possibly want in a dentist! I called with complaints of tooth pain and the kind receptionists got me scheduled for that afternoon. Upon arrival, I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. The dental assistant, Ms. Evin did a great job taking x-rays, calming my nerves and preparing everything for the dentist. Once Dr. Avirett came, he did an exceptional job explaining that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed and offered to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule as a student and make sure I was treated/pain free. I entered the clinic feeling nervous and in pain but left feeling pain free and like I had made two new friends. I will definitely go back for any other dental care."
