"Would prefer zero stars. This facility was never my dentist. Dr. Sanders was my dentist (15 years). He merged with Tumbleweed, then retired. I had a cleaning appt set up before merger the merger scheduled for early Dec. The Tumbleweed receptionist called me and told me my appt had to be canceled and rescheduled. Ok, fine. Then right before the rescheduled appt., the rude receptionist called again and told me my appointment had to be rescheduled again. I told her you've already done this to me once. She said it doesn't matter because Jessica is no longer doing 4 o'clock appointments and won't be available. Fine, I'll find a dentist that appreciates my business and respects my schedule."
