"The front desk makes sure to know who is coming in and greets you with your name, then because of my insurance I have to have a pre authorization and have a paper filled out. All of this was done prior to my arrival. I then had my X-Rays, initial checkup, and cleaning. The staff was very professional and make you very comfortable. My dental hygienist explained was one of the best I had experienced, she cleaned my teeth and explained everything in detail. This was also the first hygienist that would randomly ask if I was ok throughout the procedure. Dr Whetten made sure to explain everything in detail of a the treatment plan moving forward. This was by far one of the best dentist office I have been to and look forward to future visits."

"I had 3 visits to this office last Nov and Dec. There was a treatment called Laser assisted Perio Therapy that they said would help my gum healing. Firstly, I was never consulted that the treatment would not be covered by insurance, so it ended up costing me the total of $240 ($60 each quarter). Secondly, the first hygienist forgot to perform it during my first visit, and then during my second visit, the other hygienist tried to perform on both sides of my mouth. It hurt so bad on the side that was not numb, so I told her to stop. Well, they still charged me $120 (out of the $240). Now, after all that, I still overpaid about $5.55, and I have been waiting for the refund since January. My insurance already paid them on January 02, according to the receipt they printed out for me on February 06, and today is March 05. I already canceled all my future appointments with this office because I don't wanna deal with this lack of transparency in their billing and practice."

"I went in for my cleaning. The hygienist did not polish my teeth. I called the next day to tell them. They checked her notes which she had written. She wrote that she had polished my teeth. I want the community to be aware."

"I had the opportunity to spend 35 minutes with Melody for a cleaning, and during that time a few minutes with Dr. Whetten for his exam. My first time with Melody for a cleaning and she as well as the others I have had the pleasure meeting all were extremely polite, professional and enjoyable to be around. Not to leave anyone out, a special thanks to our ladies who greet you when you walk in the door. Blood pressure usually goes up walking into a Dr.' Office, but not here. You all are great people!!"
