"I went in with my sister who had an appointment and decided from having some issues that I have been having that I would do their oral cancer screening they not only discounted me from $180 to $59 because of no insurance and to get me in for the screening but they also ended up giving me a free $700 X-ray and referring me to an oral surgeon because I do have what looks like oral cancer which I may have caught early because of them I thank you so much ideal dental y'all are the best and y'all were super polite nice and just all together a really good visit."

"Beware of them charging you excessive amounts with no prior knowledge they were going to do this. My experience is that after getting an upper molar removed and paying for the procedure upfront along with my insurance they said they accepted, I got hit with an almost 900.00 bill for the extraction evaluation two months after the tooth has been extracted. I’m VERY unhappy that they charged me additional excessive fees two months later in Feb saying I still owe them money when my insurance company Humana paid for a lot of the procedure and I paid the unpaid balance at the office before I left. I feel they are gouging me for 897.00 for extraction service I already was quoted a price on and paid for upfront. I feel they are making up an evaluation charge they say was not covered by my insurance. I would have NEVER let them extract the tooth if I knew it was going to cost me over $ 1,000 for one tooth extraction. Beware you’ve been warned about this place. I’m very unhappy. I’ve had teeth pulled before and this charge is abusive and absurd and I will NOT pay it period. This is what you call dental highway robbery I’ve never paid more than 200.00 to get a tooth pulled."

"43 years old and just received insurance for the 1st time in my life. Don't really remember going to the dentist but twice my entire life. The whole staff from desk to the nurses in the back to Dr. Maedgen were all superb and very knowledgeable. Had alot of work that I need done so they got me on a plan for the next couple years. Had to have 3 teeth pulled so was very nervous!! Dr. Mag and assistant put me at ease and pulled 2 teeth on 1 side without any pain whatsoever. Asked me the whole time they were working on me if I was good and pain-free. Excellent service is the least I can say!! Will keep everyone updated as I have a long road ahead. So far so good!!
