"Our first time, and it did not disappoint! Ordered 2 - 10” to get a variety. First, was the Works and the second was the Hawaiian pizza. Sauce is perfect! Balanced, and their Canadian bacon also very tasty, everything really. Some reviews mention the crust but keep in mind this is made Artisan style. We love the char in our pizza! We will be coming back especially since it’s in town 10-15 min from our home. Also, special note, they do mention you have to call out in case you’d rather have mozzarella balls than the shredded. I love that they have this available upon request! It’s the little things."
"We are always looking for a new pizza place to try, so we were excited to try it. The pizza tastes really good, the sauce and the crust both have a good flavor, but for the price I expected more. It has no weight to it at all, it has a very thin crust and skimpy toppings even with extra cheese."
"Pizza flavor was fantastic. Crust was just the right thickness, not too thin or thick for the toppings and sauce. I was surprised with how small they were that they'd be putting out such good pizza. We got the Mando and the Spinach Feta tonight and added Italian sausage to both. Look forward to ordering from them again. They just do drive through no dine in as far as I could tell, but all the staff had a smile and are really friendly."
"I wanted to try something new, and based on reviews, we tried Brick'n Dough. I can not stress enough how fresh and delicious the pizza and salad tasted. This has now become my number 1 pizza pick in Texas! How on earth in a small town would I find the best pizza ever?!?! So if you are in the area or want to take a small drive, don't hesitate. Just do it! The dough is made fresh every day, and you can just taste the freshness. The pizza you never knew is waiting for you, so don't pass it up!"
"This pizza…… INCREDIBLE! Great lunch special. The crust is perfect the cheese and sauce are perfect the salad! OH MAN this has got to be one of my favorite pizza places in San Antonio area. And to top it all off everyone is super friendly and nice!"
