"We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. Our server was amazing (I feel bad I can’t remember her name) but we loved her. The Philly sandwich was awesome, the chamber was tasty as well. Unfortunately, the spicy chicken nachos didn’t cut it. It’s worth a try when in town."
"We ALWAYS have a great time here! The drinks are great, the wings are phenomenal, and the ambience is perfect. The enclosed field is also a plus. Our kids can play and have a great time in a safe environment. We LOVE The Den!"
"Today I decided is the last time I visit this place. The installations are great, outside is good. But the way they treat you at the entrance and this zero intent to make a good experience of the visit to the customer is there. They need better customer service and also this thing were you have to go and pick yur own food when you sit outside it's outdated in the world of service, also more if you have to open doors and then once there you are to pick your order they look at your like you knew what to take instead of being more receptive and offer a smile or something. Anyway.. so many times I visited and all the time is the same observation "better customer service" . Or perhaps they don't know what is a great service.The food is not amazing, I definitely had better hambugers, meat patty bottom burned so the aftertaste in each bite was not pleasant. I ending leaving the half. No need to finish it, even I love a simple burger. Machine soda is not clean and well that is not good. Such a shame of such a great place and it could be good in all the levels.. because the installation is there."
"Atmosphere and food were great. They don’t allow as many substitutions for my picky husband as he has is on the spectrum so he’s used to the same things and since changes it’s thrown him off but we’ll make it work. We love the service and the food."
"If you're expecting a good meal, I think you'll like this road trip stop. The zucchini was delicious, and the okra, beans could have had more beans and less liquid, but none of that phased me. It was the size of the chicken fried steak compared to the tiny grilled chicken breast for the same price. If you're not looking for a healthy meal but one that is filling and has comfort, stop here and forgive the service. Most looked very young and new."
