"The employees here are really nice and my order is always right!"
"We walk in the door and all the employees are just hanging out in the back. The employees told us they were not allowed to use the register. They ask us to use the kiosk to order. 2 other families were waiting behind us but all 3 employees just stood there in the back unwilling to use the register to make things go faster or easier for any of us. If you want me to put in my own order, then I should be getting an employee discount, especially since they’re only standing there waiting for the order to come through."
