"Sammys is a long time favorite Mexican restaurant. Their breakfast tacos and tea are a staple for anyone in the area. I recommend their homemade corn tortillas as well, they really bring it up another level. Their specials are typically great too, and the enchilada plate is excellent. "Okay I'm sure this place is good, but seriously, when I buy a breakfast taco I want to taste the food and I don't want the butter or that nasty commercial cooking oil saturating my food and making those really good homemade tortillas saugy and falling apart !!! To the management you really have to correct this issue , your homemade tortillas are too good to be destroyed by that nasty butter or cooking oil y'all use that you are saturating your food with !!!"
"The food was ok, nothing to write home about. I may be biased because I was really looking forward to a breakfast taco but just missed the cut-off time. Our waitress was very kind and tried to accommodate me but they ran out of ingredients...I digress. Service was slow but friendly and the food came out fast. Lastly the place is pretty small and very crowded."
