"Next stop on the Bánh Mì express I've been on is in Paris. Paris Bánh Mì to be exact. Although, two completely different types of sandwiches, I found it interesting that it's right next to a Jersey Mike's. My first impression of the restaurant was that it is exceptionally clean and organized. It was not very busy when I went in and it was really laid back and quiet with soft music playing. I took my time looking around the baked goods displayed as well as the snacks that were on the shelves. After browsing for a bit, I decided to order. I ordered a bánh mì chay (vegetarian) and bánh mì gà xé (shredded chicken). I also ordered a ca phê sữa đá and a few pastries. Just keep in mind that chay (veggie) doesn't necessarily mean tofu, which I incorrectly assumed. I was totally fooled by the veggie based "meat" in the bánh mì chay. After staring at it for a bit, I asked the owner, I believe ( she was definitely in charge) about it. In my broken tiếng việt and with the assistance of another worker, I asked her about the meat because I assumed it would be tofu. She explained that it was plant based and I dug in. I want to thank her for being so patient and gracious with my questions. I appreciate good, engaging service. It tasted great. I was surprised to see that the bánh mì was thinner but longer than most I've had before. The bread was not as crispy as I personally prefer but it still had a good flavor and texture. The veggies tasted fresh and the veggie "meat" tasted good. The bánh mì gà xé was also good. The shredded chicken had a good texture and was not too dry. The bánh mì and veggies tasted fresh too. The ca phê sữa đá was very good and surprisingly large. It tasted very good and wasn't too sweet. I really enjoyed it. The pastries were very good as well. I can see that by everything from the decoration of the restaurant and the packaging of the food that Paris Bánh Mì is a very professional establishment with good food and great service. I cannot wait to return and try some more food here."

"My first time ordering pho dac biet, a little stingy with the sliced meats, but overall the flavor is good. Generous size and good cafe sua da."

"i went to this place yesterday and i was amazed on how much taller the ceilings were and how modern yet cozy the inside looked. there were lots of pastries and a wall full of yummy snacks. i ended up ordering a special pho and a white chocolate raspberry cake, and a mango boba. i also grabbed some spring rolls sitting out as well. the pho arrived in less than 3 minutes and so did my drink as well in this pretty wooden tray. it had lots of black peoper sprinkled on top, the meats were decent, and so was the broth. i tried my friends banh mi that was in a baguette and it was good, decent. my mango tea was expected sweet with that green tea herbal taste. the spring rolls were delicious, im guessing there was cucumber in it since it was crunchy. my friend got a flan as well for us to try and it was tiny, very custard like but not what we were expecting. my cake was yummy, the white chocolate was there while raspberry shined through. very cute overall, but i dont think i would get the hype with it, its cute!! cute place to have a lunch date, but personally i’ve had better places, amazing concept though!!"

"I saw this was a new place in Pearland and had to try, as I love báhn mì. The atmosphere caught my attention immediately! Gorgeous layout and very clean! Well lit and contemporary - made me feel very comfortable there. The sandwiches were great - I had the pork and my wife had the special, and we shared egg rolls (they were SO GOOD). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend, we will be back for sure!!"

"Everything on the menu has seen a dramatic change in price every time I’ve gone. The banh mi seems so mediocre now. Only place around to get an actual Vietnamese cold cut sandwich while all the other places in Pearland only serve grilled pork or chargrilled beef/chicken. It’s a shame this area can’t taste the greatness that is a the staple of banh mi."
