"First time ordering here, Parmesan cheese was added to pizza before cooking, not sure if all cheese was parmesan. Not really into Parmesan, so pizza did had that Parmesan taste, edge was burnt from bottom part of pizza. If it were all Mozzarella I would probably have given a 5."
"Our previous order was not up to par. Two of the three pizza's barely had any toppings. My husband and I were very disappointed as this location has always been great. I posted my review and a picture of one of the pizza's. The company quickly reached out to my husband to make it right and boy did they!!! Our replacement order....OMG...they must have made it with love because it was so Delicious,...lol...I'm salivating just thinking about the deliciousness and the toppings were definitely APLENTY. Thank you Ifratelli for going above and beyond to keep us as regular customers. We will gladly continue to travel 50 miles round trip for your pizza and SUPERB customer service!"
"I had a catering order I made a few weeks ago and everything was done with perfection. Everything was delivered when I needed it to be, with fresh, hot, delicious pizza. My office team enjoyed every bit of it, but iFratelli's went above and beyond as today I received a very thoughtful handwritten letter from the manager thanking me for my business. Also inside the envelope was a $25 off coupon and a 1 free pizza gift card. I have ordered from many places for catering and have never received a personal thank you. This is definitely a place that truly cares about each and every customer. I will be sure to order some more amazing pizza very soon. Thank you iFratelli!"

"Customer service is absolutely fantastic!! I talked to Andrew the manager. Let me tell you.. this guy needs to travel and hold classes and teach people in the same industry about Customer Service, he's absolutely the best. Food is also outstanding. It was definitely new to me and my family the taste, dose not have a lot of red sauce. However it quickly grew on us and we enjoyed. I definitely recommend this place!"
