"I've been ordering from this store for about 17 years now. I have yet to make any complaints about them. There was always a smile when I walk in and now fast and easy check out thru the app."

"After 7 years I will no longer order food from this store. Delivery time and food quality has been an issue before that I let slide on more than one occasion, but their refusal to refund my order from earlier this week that was delivered late, cold, and made incorrectly was the last straw. Both managers I spoke to on the phone could not give me a clear answer on their refund policy. Some people are busy and can't call back the same day to get a refund on a service that was not satisfactory. I've reached out to the customer care number to get a refund. It's about the principle as much as it is the money and I feel as though my money has been wasted."

"I order a pizza here over a week ago. I specifically asked to ring the doorbell so I can be hand given the pizza. That is one of their options when placing an order online. The delivery person left the pizza outside on the floor and did not even bother to ring the doorbell. Who knows how long it was sitting out there. I call to complain. The lady says, per covid they do contactless delivery. So what makes them think leaving a pizza outside on the floor safe. Everyone steps outside, delivery people and all. Disgusting! I asked for a refund and they said they would pick up the pizza and refund me. They picked up the pizza and have not refunded me. Very poor service. I remember now why I stopped ordering from them 3 years ago. UPDATE: Almost two weeks and they still have not refund the $32. I call and they give me the run around. I wish I had seen ALL the bad reviews on Yelp prior to ordering at this location."

"We order from this store because is close to our house however, rarely is our order correct. I use to call and complain sometimes they would refund my order sometimes replace it. I stopped calling because the last time I was supposed to have a 50.00 credit on my account and when we tried to use it they said it had been cleared. This location strongly needs quality control! I ask for extra sauce and get light to no sauce. I paid for extra cheese and get little to none there will be areas on a Supreme pizza where you can see the bread in the middle of the pizza! I don't understand why they say on there tracker they are doing quality control, THERE NOT! Why bother asking people how they want there food if your company is just going to do what the want! Pointless! People don't want to pay 20+ dollars for a pizza to get dry plain cardboard! So now what we are supposed to drive far to get a decent pizza? Nah we'll just call Mr. Jim's! We may not get a free emergency pizza, but we won't need one because our first ones will be correct! SHAPE UP OR HANG IT UP DOMINOS!"

"I ordered a pizza but it never got delivered to me, the tracker showed that the pizza got delivered idk if they gave it to the wrong address? I called and asked where it was and they kept placing me on hold I called a 2nd time for a refund who ever I was speaking to did not suggest any solutions or tried to contact the driver. If I don't get a refund within 3 days I will be calling the bank to block the transaction."
