"To this day I wonder how bad it can get and why this place has 1 star and terrible reviews. I don’t ever expect the best customer service from any fast food. However, they are helpful and I’ve never had rude employees… (service 5 star) All I care for is to get what I paid for and this place is a hit or miss. Out of the probably 10 times I’ve ordered maybe 7 times I’ve gotten weird cooked pizzas and wings don’t have enough sauce. Some days the pizza is just like any other Dominoes and some days it looks like someone cooked it at home who ran out of ingredient but pizza still tasted good enough (food 3.5 star) I’ got a feeling is due from between lack of management or training or equipment failing? Who knows now days..luckily the place is always clean and everyone looks clean. (Clean 4.5 star) This place has been a 1 star for over 2+ years I never put reviews on Google but I want this place to improve for better food quality"

"A terrible ordering experience. I ordered at 12:05 and it is now 2:05 and still nothing. I watched the driver go to several other locations, even around Best Buy, as if they were shopping there instead of making a delivery. Now the driver is back at the store and I still have no food. I tried calling the store twice and each time I got stuck in an endless loop of an automated recording. No one ever answered. The driver (someone named Ifeanyi) finally showed up at 2:20pm with two very cold pizzas, and yet still expected a tip. This ordering experience could not have been worse! Awful service!!!"

"Ordered multiple pizzas and never received them. When I called the store the manager, Michelle, on duty stated their system was messing up and other customers experienced similar issues of wrong delivery addresses. There was no resolution and I have wasted money with no product received Negative stars if possible for this location!"

"Placed an order for delivery at 3:10pm on Monday the 30th. Expected delivery time 54-64 minutes. Order was in “quality inspection” at 3:34pm. Order finally left the store at 4:40pm. Yes over an hour sitting at the store. Delivered 5:23pm, 2 hours and 13 minutes later. One can only imagine how cold and stale it was. Worst Dominos I’ve ever used."
