"I had ordered Alfredo chicken pasta and they told me It’s gonna take 15 minutes but instead they took 50 minutes And It was the worst Alfredo pasta I ever had. The staff is new I guess they don’t know how to cook. If you wanna get something worth of your money and time please do not go to the place"

"This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The person at the counter said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but when I arrived to pick it up, the pizza wasn't even in the oven. I ended up waiting for almost an hour. When I complained to the receptionist about the poor customer service, he rudely told me not to return. It’s very unacceptable. Management needs to really change this."

"We took a chance on this unknown restaurant, and I'm so glad we did. 6 out of 6 of us were incredibly impressed with the food. We ordered pizza, wings, bread sticks, cheese bread, pasta, and cinnamon bites. Everything was perfect. Maybe our experience was better bc we did pickup, but we would definitely eat here again."

"I should have paid attention to the reviews! This was my 1st time ordering from this place and I should not have! I ordered 10" pepperoni, thin crust. I placed the order at 11:17p... was told food would arrive between 11:42 - 11:57p... At 12:15am, I called and was told the driver was in route... then at 12:56a called again. Food finally arrived at 1:19am! 2 hours later! It was cold and the restaurant had the nerve to send chicken... If I wanted chicken I would have ordered it. The food arrived cold! At least the 2 sprites came cold! Sad thing is the cookies were warmer than the pizza! I requested a refund and store employee said they had to get an authorization from the store manager. My 2 hr experience in my opinion is authorization enough!"
