"This is my second visit and the burger was not hot. The fries were hot. Can't stand food that isn't Hot. The staff is very nice and they keep the dining area immaculate. They're a good team. We are regulars. This needs to be addressed or else we'll have to go somewhere else."

"We had ordered a flamekickin beltbuster, and the flamekickin chicken. Once we got the food it was nice and the person taking our oder was really nice. I saw that my burger didn't have cheese and the lady "krissie" told me I was wrong and asked to see the burger (which I promptly did) and I was told there isn't supposed to be cheese in it and I showed them the picture on the menu and they said I ordered the wrong burger but I didn't. And the order was out in wrong. I know this because I had another person with me who heard me order it. And she reluctantly remade the burger."
"My husband waited 45 minutes for his curbside order that had sat inside for the whole time, THEN this is how his food was wrapped when he got it. The wait was ridiculous, the food was cold and made incorrectly."
