"SLOW!!!! Had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. Food was the same as other taco bell that are super fast. They are always slow here. I was on this side of town and thought we would give it another chance. I'm sorry I did."
"Awesome Service & Food! After all this time I finally gave the Bell a shot for Breakfast & now plan on making the Bell on N Main in Cleburne my new GO TO Breakfast stop. The Ground Steak Burrito was fantastic, loved the grilled tortilla and the perfect ratio of ingredients with a wonderfully tender & flavorful steak plus the one Burrito was so filling I did not hunger for anything else but was just a little sad to take that last sensational bite. I can hardly wait until tomorrow's Breakfast!"
"waited in line from 12:30-1:15!! literally 45 minutes. didn’t get offered a discount or a refund. and was met with an attitude from the employee. all in all a terrible experience. i work in the food industry so i understand hard days but this was terrible customer service. definitely will not be coming back to this location. and i don’t recommend to anyone."
"Super slow, waited in the line for 39 minutes. When we got the food I was missing part of my order. Opened the nachos as well and it was SLOPPY, with barely anything in it. Poor service and the food wasn’t packed properly."
"Manager refused to correct an order because it was a Taco Bell mobile order delivered by Door Dash. I have never had this issue before. They are usually more than willing to fix the order. Not tonight. 10/17/23 around 9pm. I called twice to express my concern and he was unwilling to help in any way. Very poor customer service. I paid $12 for two burritos that were not made correctly and the quality was poor."
