"Every time I order ice cream/blizzards/sundaes for my family in the drive-thru, they try to hand all of them to me, one-by-one, without lids, and every time I have to point out the obvious- that I am alone in the car and need a drink carrier because I cannot hold 4 ice creams while I drive home. Every time. But ordering inside isn't any better. Multiple times we had a young manager roll her eyes at us and/or snap at us. She even came to our table and confronted us whenever we asked the name of the manager above her- told us if we had complaints, she could take care of them. We told her not if we needed to complain about HER! It has been a while since that happened so hopefully that young lady is no longer there."
