"I was so shocked and outraged by the way I was treated by the man who serviced my house. I've used this company for 3-4 years, and have always been pleased; however, this year, the gentleman whom I always request, Joseph, was not available, he truly is a gentleman, and the man they sent did not know what he was doing, could not light the pilot-light, and would not answer my worried questions. He insinuated that I was at fault for a sooty thermocouple, and at the end, shouted at me when I questioned him as I was signing the receipt. I was frightened and angered and told him to get out of my house. I reached out to the supervisor to complain, left 2 messages, and I still have not heard back from Triangle. I was shocked and saddened by the complete indifference."

"My furnace stopped working in single digit weather, and on Christmas eve. Not only were they open, but responded promptly. A tech arrived that afternoon and quickly found the problem, fixed the furnace and explained problem to husband. Can't tell you how happy I am with Triangle, thank you so much for the quick response and fix."

"My AC unit was not keeping up, so I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. The repair guy said the freon was low and the duct work needed a new piece. I paid over $700 to have everything they suggested done, and it didn’t change anything. My thermostat is set on 70, and it’s currently 77 degrees in my house. I called and told them that it still wasn’t working and they said they could send someone back out to look at it, but that it would still be $96 an hour, even though they just charged me $700 and nothing had been fixed. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I gave a 2 star review because the the employees are friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t fix AC units."

"Delighted with Triangle Insulation. Their tech came for routine maintenance a few weeks ago. When he took the cover off, he immediately came and rang my doorbell. He showed me extensive rust inside my unit that was 14 years old, and told me that if a leak developed during his service; that he would have to cut off the gas. He was very professional in his approach and wasn't trying to sell me anything. I asked for quotes which Reid quickly submitted. Rather than wait for a failure, I decided to proactively upgrade to a new Trane unit. Triangle came out a few days later with the new unit and at my request took the long way around (to avoid damaging my lawn) to remove the existing unit and mount the new unit on my pad. I appreciated that. Didn't take them but a few hours to install the unit and put new ducting on between the unit and my house. New unit works flawlessly and is quiet! I didn't shop the price, but I know these folks well enough to know they are a class group of folks from J.P. and Jack on down. Reid was very good to work with on this purchase and installation. I would definitely recommend Triangle Insulation. I'm totally satisfied with the product and service they provided."
