"Customer service is horrible. Associates standing behind the counter along with the manager. No acknowledgement. My mother and I turned around and walked out the store. I made a purchase two days before returning to the store. I left the receipt at home. I assumed most stores are able to look up your purchase by the credit card. Not this one. The manager overall was not to friendly."
"I walked into the store on yesterday while it was raining around 630pm, only customer and was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. After walking around the store for about 20min of shopping or I walked over to the area where the leggings were and was then greeted. There was a lady with dark hair near the door when I walked in who didn’t say anything and the blonde hair older lady was the one who finally said something to me when I walked over. After going back to the section I was browsing I was never asked if I was finding everything ok or anything. I then proceeded to ask to try on a blouse and the blonde hair lady acted as if I was bothering her by asking for the dressing room. Cato’s has always been one of my favorite places to shop as a plus size woman but after this experience I don’t know what to think anymore!"

"If I could I would rate more stars. So there was one employee who went over the top helping me pick am outfit out. Including shoes and jewelry. She was so helpful and sweet. I found such cute stuff here and great prices."
