"Bro,the fries........95% salt. I asked for other ones,same. Its like the guys asked me "do you want some fries with your salt?......"And the wings were salty,and i had original hot,how is that even possible? Didnt even finish my food,had to grab fast food after. Never going to this place again"

"The restaurant was super busy in the evening and they had about 7 employees working but only one person working the register and I think he was new because he was struggling. Two separate people had to help him the entire time and it was very frustrating because I just wanted to get my order to go and leave but I was waiting forever to get my food as well as several other people in the restaurant. The lady who also took my card had an attitude and was struggling with the card reader but I don’t blame her since it was during the dinner rush. Additionally, they were so busy they messed up my order and gave me extra chicken so that an automatic 5 stars for me. Aside from the horrible service the food was good and I think I just caught the staff on a bad day"

"The girl that hands out the orders to customers should look for a job that makes her happy and won’t make her have a little attitude. Just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you have to be rude making comments “I had already called her name” well speak up. Get better people employees it’s a mess there."

"January 1st placed an order in advanced in order to avoid any issues. Today was a big game day and we were hoping to have our food ready for our guest. I went online at 2pm and scheduled our order for 5:30pm. My son went at 5:30 and Wingstop didn't have our order. Ashley had my son waiting for over 20 minutes long and still didn't get right. My son brought to her attention and she gave him attitude. When arriving home, I quickly noticed that the order was missing some items and I personally went back to get this order corrected. Ashley gives me an excuse that the earlier crew didn't put my order in. What is the purpose of downloading the app to order online if Management doesn't have the crew look at online orders. Ashley is rude and has no customer service whatsoever. Looking at prior reviews, Ashley's name is mentioned several times and she gives the same excuses and poor quality custome service. The General Manager should read these reviews and correct these issues at this location. I will take my business elsewhere!"

"We walked in and right away the rude cashier says “are you picking up because if not I suggest you don’t eat here because there’s gonna be a 45 50 min wait” and I asked why it’s empty & she said “there’s a lot of online orders” like okay that’s rude not even a welcome or anything. She turned us away and said she’s pretty sure we don’t wanna wait and suggested the horizon location. Very horrible customer service and rude experience."
