"Great experience bought the car that was advertised call to schedule a time to go see the car in more detail when I was there great service they tell u how it is had a bit issue with something but nothing major I was able to fix it right away keep in mind that there used cars there not brand new and to be honest I am more than pleased carfax was correct and was able to fix the issue right away there car lot is not like the Alameda ones where they sell a overpriced car and then they tell u it's clean and later on u found out it was crash like the one I bought from francia motors sells u trash cars. "This is a honest assessment based on my experience and I have both receipts and transcript of my conversation with the dealer to support this review. I suggests you DO NOT purchase a vehicle or anything they are selling. The dealer sold me a 2011 Ford Fiesta, concealed the check engine light and bad O2 censors. Before purchasing the vehicle they told me "NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER. The car has excellent conditions, there's nothing wrong with the vehicle, runs great. AC runs great." Two days after sealing the deal the check engine light came on. I took the car to AutoZone to get a diagnostic and the Catalyst Converter showed as being bad. When I called they told me to get a second opinion as this isn't correct which I did by taking the vehicle to Firestone on Ft. Bliss (military vet and paid $100 to get the diagnosis) and again the O2 sensors and Catalyst Converter were bad to include other issues (I have receipt as proof). Nonetheless, having paid over $800 on parts and labor and looking at another $1200 to fix the Catalyst Converter I'd say I got a BAD DEAL! Since I am unable to respond to the dealers response I'll say this: his response shows his class. I have extensive knowledge of automobiles both military and civilian which I do not need to justify. The issues identified were truthful; furthermore, I had an issue with the transmission which was rectified by the Ford dealer and the tire pressure light continues to come on regardless of how many times I fix it. Like I said, false business practices equate to wasteful spending by the customers. So take your chances. This vets will tell you I was ripped off and there's no other way to put it."

"The guy behind me said this dealership is bad but I absolutely disagree with him based on my experience. I just bought 2013 Ford Focus for my wife and it has no issue as the dealer told me. I checked the Carfax and everything is matched about what he said. He doesn't tell any lies and BS stuffs. This guy was so honest and gave me very reasonable price. I am so satisfied with the price and the service he offered me. The dealers here know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!"
