"Staff is nice and the store is clean. The children’s section needs some improvement they have girls and boys clothes all mixed in together which I find weird because other Goodwills have it separated. It makes it harder to shop for a certain gender when you have to dig through everything it could be more organized. I found a granimals T shirt for 3.49 and they are 3.99 brand new at Walmart next door and when they go on sale they are about 2.00. Goodwill receives these items for free why price them almost as new? The pricing needs improvement as well I find lower cost items at Ross and they are brand new."

"Worst experience ever, me & my daughter were waiting in line for a dressing room forever, cuz they were all taken then out of no where some hispanic lady with gloves on, a “worker”, comes and starts putting closed signs over the doors w/out even telling us anything until i ask her and she says yes im closing the dressing rooms and walks away.,our basket was full of clothes, my daughter hangs them up and then we proceed to walk away and she has the audacity to tell us to take our baskets to the front, which the baskets that were there weren’t even ours. We took the 1 basket to the front, but No mam!! you can take them yourself since you’re being rude, closed the dressing room on us w/out explanation, no customer service whatsoever. I normally dont act like that but i was furious cuz she treated us like garbage. I hope her boss sees this because that is no way to treat paying customers just because you’re having a bad day. She then proceeds to the front to talk trash about us to the cashier.. while the other young guy who checked my daughter out, didnt bother say thank you or anything, he charged the clothes and just pushed them to the side, no thank you or anything, just walked away. We will not be back to this place"

"Not sure if management changed or what, but this used to be a favorite spot when looking for a deal..Over the last year or so the level of product is horrible and the prices of donated items has become outrageous!!! Broken Shoes for $15.99 Ripped Dresses for $11.99 and Knick Nacks that have the original 0.99cent sticker on them with a $2 49 GW sticker. I walked out after a pair of $15.99 shoes with visible ripped sides crumbled in my hands. EDIT TO GENERIC RESPONSE AND ADD IMAGES: "First and Foremost we consider our mission" - When you put sub-par (disgusting falling apart shoes) on the rack for $15.99. There is a larger issue at hand. Items should be priced to sell, not rot on shelves serving no mission without income. Its a horrible look for both the store and organization. There are other Goodwill's in the area that serve the same mission statement with clean/usable products and fair pricing for fast movement - DO BETTER for both your margins and your community."
