"10 years ago, they had a hot cup of coffee waiting for you by the door and a greeter. Now they block off the entire loading zone. (Forcing people to park in the fire lane). They leave the big double door off so you have to push your 800lb cart full of concrete across to the other doors instead of the quickest route. Today I talked to my guys. We will be buying our material from Lowe's from now on for our business. They have hot coffee and let you pull into the loading zone, and the big doors open."

"At first I would not give a five-star review. We ordered some garden edging for my backyard and decided to pick it up through curbside. The employee who brought it out to my vehicle did not notify me that they substituted what I had asked for and did not even show me what he brought out. He just put it in the back of our truck. When I got home I saw that I only had two rolls of 20 ft edging. That was not the edging I ordered. I had ordered two 60 ft long rolls of edging. I called and spoke with Bill. He made it right even though I have to drive back down to Kyle again in the dark, but he brought me out the edging and offered me a discount for my trouble. And even an extra roll of edging. I appreciate him making it right And I hope he can find out why the employee who first brought my order out to me brought me the wrong order or the wrong item. Bill definitely restores my faith in people who work in customer service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This store and the products are great. 99.99% of the staff is amazing and willing to help too. The 1 star is for the manager Lakeshia, who lacks customer service and people skills. This is the second interaction where she’s made me walk out furious and not helped the situation, or even tried. She’s rude, and she 0% takes the time to listen or find solutions."

"I had an amazing experience at the Home Depot in Kyle, on Thursday November 2, I was looking for certain size of plywood and a young lady name Consuelo was so friendly and helpful, she help pick the plywood I asked her do you think they'll cut it for me? She said oh yes ma'am, I said I'm buying the whole plywood but I needed cut, I thought she's getting a guy to help, nope she got plywood cut it herself! I was very impressed because she's very petite! Praise God for great employees like Consuelo. And the young man that help me loaded up was also very helpful and friendly his name Anthony Moreno."

"Gabby and Lakisha will make sure you feel like you're interrupting their personal time as they will ignore you and continue to play/text on their phones while you stand directly in front of them waiting for their help. The girl with the mushroom earrings and purple/pink hair at order pick up made it a point to whine about her schedule with some of the most obnoxious profanity I've ever heard an employee vomit in front of a customer, do people not even realize how they come off to strangers? I've never been a Lowe's kind of person but I'll be giving them a try going forward."
