"This store is horrible!! They are practically STEALING almost 200 dlls worth of merchandise I paid for!! I ordered while out of town (was in hospital with child) and did not want purchase to get lost through mail so asked for store delivery. I made a mistake on first name of person picking up (myself) but to be fair, it auto filled and I did not notice. Anyways...when I tried to pick up items they refused to give them to me, even after I showed them purchase confirmation, card I used to make purchase, my DL, my receipts and e mail pick up notification!!!! I was accused of using someone else’s e mail and when I asked for a contact number for Supervisor I was given a non working number, when I confronted the attendant about it, she said to look it up myself. I already paid for items my kid is not even wearing!! I guess my next step is to get the Police involved since this is outright theft!! If they want clothes for their kids they should buy them themselves and stop holding customer’s items!!!! This is the store located inside Mall Del Norte!! These people have no common sense whatsoever!!"
