"Waitress took forever to refill our drinks. We had to ask for refills and waiting over 5 mins for them. The salad was not fresh my lettuce was brown. The burgers are small for $15.00. I won't be returning anytime soon or ever."

"Waited for a waitress for 30 mins just to get drinks with friends. After waitress took our drink order it took another 30 mins to get our drinks. There is a table close to where we are sitting at that had 2 waitress sitting and talking to a customer which one waitress was there talking to the same customer for a little over an hour. And please don't tell me that you take this seriously since just a week ago you replied to a customer who posted on your review and your waitress are still doing the same thing. This is our first time at this location and really doubt we will ever come back to this location. Our waitress " Tatiana" who actually waited on us her section was on the otherside of the bar and she told us that she saw us come in and noticed after 20 mins no one came to our table to wait on us. The manager needs to have another class on waiting on customers."

"Waited over 30 min and no drinks. No waitress came by to check on us. we had to get up and tell the girls, which were all huddled together at the front. Food took more than usual to get there and barely anyone there. My wife's order was all wrong, and I had to go up front to tell them because our waitress, which only had us to wait on, was nowhere to be found. So we ended up leaving, but they still made us pay for food my wife never ate. Over 50 for 2 people and took 30 minutes to remake food, which by that time we were ready to go. Do not go here, and waste your time and money when you're not taken care of. The waitresses are too busy on their phones or in the front gossiping and don't care. When we were upset and rightly so, there was no apology. All they cared about was us paying for again food we never got. I wouldn't give them 1 star."
