"I went in to look for a new phone for my daughter. They were short staffed with only one gentleman working. Found out the other reps called in sick. There was a constant stream of customers coming in and he greeted each one of the them and went to help them as time permitted. After I had chosen a phone we had trouble switching the data from the old phone to the new. He was able to finally able to complete the download but had to stay an hour to do it. Very pleased with his service."

"If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. My husband order and pain in full for a new phone. After the phone was delivered to the store, it was sold out from under us by an employee to another customer. Verizon is now saying we can no longer have the deal that we already paid in full for as the promotion period went out. Offered us a 20 dollar "inconvenience fee." Pathetic customer service and very poor business practice. Will not return to this store or Verizon for that matter."

"Been here 50 minutes waiting. The clerk hasn't acknowledged that I'm even here. If this wasn't very important regarding my service, I'd leave. Not real busy as you can see and they close at 7 pm. Oh, another customer just walked in...ha but I'm going to get my time in. Feel bad for them."
