"No stars but had to give one to post went to McDonald’s on I-27 Plainview Tx on 9/19/23 my niece loves the happy meal here but anyway ask for a 4 pc nugget meal and I know they are kids meals but the fries she got were 7 fries that’s ridiculous always something wrong with your order never get what you paid for or your order is wrong"
"Did a mobile order, and when I bit into my burger it was undercooked (raw). I took it back into the McDonalds and they replaced the burger, but offered nothing for the inconvenience, and acted like me coming back for replacement was inconveniencing them! Be careful when eating here, and make sure your meat is fully cooked. I’m disgusted and disappointed!!!"
"McDonald's is McDonald's. It was ok always is. The reason behind the 3 star is when we went through the drive-through the person was speaking so fast we could not understand her when we placed our order she was a little rude and condescending. Face to face at the window she was fine. I say slow down and speak clearly."
