"Yesterday before closing the wrong bag was accidentally dropped off. My family member went this morning and waited for them to open. They refused to look for or return any items. Said it was already sold. Dropped off at closing, gone before opening. Were the items not cleaned and priced and placed on shelves? Our family has donated to Goodwill for many years but sadly that has now come to an end. The 25 or so items, probably found their way at out the back door. Not sure why it shows 5 stars DID NOT get that rating from me."

"Asked Timothy if he could hold on to some items I was going to purchase. He didn't say one word to me and just took the items. Returned shortly to pay out. The items that I was going to purchase were returned to the racks. He didn't even apologize or offer to go get them. He just said the were put back accidentally and turned around. Didn't even bother to go back and search for what I picked out. He has no customer service skills what so ever. And he needs to smile... pretty disappointed."

"I truly don't understand the reviews about the store being dirty. I found it to be very tidy and well organized. All of the workers were polite and helpful. The prices were a little high on some of their clothing. But overall I found a lot of great deals and I will definitely come back!"
