"We are currently living in Chihuahua MX and had a quick trip planned to El Paso to get supplies etc. Two days before leaving I realized a brake was beginning to grind but decided not to have it taken apart to avoid getting stuck needing parts and having to cancel the trip. My hopes were to repair it when we got back. The brakes had gotten much worse by the time we crossed the boarder. I called and talked to Rudy after they opened the next morning and he said bring it right in. We dropped our van and walked over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. I got a call with the needed repairs and an estimate. I gave the go ahead, finished breakfast, did a little shopping, and the van was done! The total was less than the estimate and everything seems great! Thanks Rudy and team!"

"This was my first time at a Brake Masters and Mr. Robert Cantu was awesome!! I came in with very bad brakes but I left with brand new ones. Excellent customer service.
